Send your son or daughter back to the sixteenth century to meet Shakespeare! Give your child the opportunity to find the joy of studying and performing in a Shakespeare play in the low pressure atmosphere of a camp. At the same time as they grapple with Shakespeare's words and plots, they will gain an appreciation of the greatest dramatist in the English language.
The Taming of the Shrew was performed at both VCU and UR, and we premiered a rollicking version of Julius Caesar at the second camp at VCU. Stay tuned for news of the next camp- Midwinter Shakespeare! Prepare your children to enjoy the Shakespeare they will encounter later in life.
